SECTION 2 – SERVICES

FutureMind Chess Academy provides online chess coaching services, including but not limited to:

• Tournament preparation and guidance
• Chess strategy and skill development programs
• Trial classes

The Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.

SECTION 3 – FREE TRIAL CLASSES

We may offer free trial classes to prospective students.

Participation in a trial class does not guarantee admission, continued availability, or future pricing.

The Academy reserves the right to discontinue trial classes at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 4 – FEES AND PAYMENTS

All course fees must be paid in advance as specified during enrollment.

By making a payment, you agree to the selected program, duration, and fee structure.

FutureMind Chess Academy reserves the right to revise fees, pricing plans, and payment terms at any time.

SECTION 5 – NO REFUND POLICY

All fees paid to FutureMind Chess Academy are non-refundable.

Once payment has been made and enrollment has been confirmed:

• No refunds will be issued.
• No partial refunds will be provided.
• No refunds will be granted for missed classes.
• No refunds will be granted due to scheduling conflicts or discontinuation by the student.

Parents and students are encouraged to attend the available trial class before making any payment.

SECTION 6 – CLASS ATTENDANCE

Students are responsible for attending classes on time and maintaining appropriate behavior during sessions.

Repeated disruptive behavior, misconduct, abuse, harassment, or violation of Academy policies may result in suspension or termination without refund.

SECTION 7 – RESCHEDULING AND MISSED CLASSES

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the sole discretion of the Academy.

FutureMind Chess Academy does not guarantee make-up classes for missed sessions.

Failure to attend a scheduled class may result in forfeiture of that session.

All content available through FutureMind Chess Academy, including but not limited to:

• Training materials
• Lesson plans
• Course content
• Graphics
• Logos
• Videos
• Documents
• Website content
